Welcome to the registration page. Guests and participants may register using the form below.

We welcome any and all visitors to this event! Guests are invited to visit the event at any time and join us for our guest speakers, technology showcase, and awards ceremony.

Participants are those who will be donating their time to work on software projects over the weekend. Participants will be assigned to a team and will receive all the perks of being an SS12 participant, including:

Free meals, snacks, and beverages for an entire weekend!
Commemorative SS12 T-Shirt
Prizes: $1000 in cash, iPod Nanos, Windows Vista, games, custom skateboards, and more to be awarded to teams throughout the weekend!

Participant registration officially closes at 5PM on Monday, November 12th, 2007.

By registering as a participant, you are registering for the following SS12 events:

SS12 Orientation - Wednesday, November 14th from 7-8:30PM
SS12 Coding Day 1 - Saturday, November 17th from 10AM-10PM
SS12 Coding Day 2 - Sunday, November 18th from 9AM-9PM

If you are not able to attend SS12 in full, indicate the times you will be available to participate in the "Other Information" area below.

Disclaimer: We cannot guarentee partication for all registrants. Though we would love to accommodate everyone, we are limited in the amount of space, food, and prizes. Additionally, because projects and individual skillsets vary, we cannot guarentee that we will be able to match everyone with a project/team.

Laptop Requirement: Participants are required to bring a laptop onto which they can install development software and use during the event. For those who absolutely do not have access to a laptop, a small number of development systems may be loaned for the weekend, however there are no guarentees that any will be available.
